RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within:

  • 7 days from the date of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact, including:
    Box
    Certificates of authenticity
    Tags and invoices
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery (including resized or engraved items)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased under promotional offers or discounts
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@sparklesindia.com
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) if approved

Important:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • The product must be securely packed before shipment

6. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, Sparkles will arrange return shipping
  • For all other returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method

Sparkles is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

7. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Inspection is completed within 5–7 business days

If the item does not meet return conditions:

  • The product will be sent back to the customer

8. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • The easiest way to exchange is:

    Return the original item
    Place a new order

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider

12. Repairs & After-Sales Service

For jewellery that requires repair after the return window:

  • Sparkles offers repair services at applicable charges
  • Customers must contact support to initiate the process

Repair timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

13. Important Notes

  • Items must be free from scratches, marks, or alterations
  • All returns must include original documents and certificates
  • Sparkles reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
