2. Return Window
You may request a return within:
- 7 days from the date of delivery
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be intact, including:

Certificates of authenticity
Tags and invoices - The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery (including resized or engraved items)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased under promotional offers or discounts
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@sparklesindia.com
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Our team will guide you and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) if approved
Important:
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- The product must be securely packed before shipment
6. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, Sparkles will arrange return shipping
- For all other returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
- Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method
Sparkles is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
7. Inspection & Approval
- All returned items are inspected upon receipt
- Inspection is completed within 5β7 business days
If the item does not meet return conditions:
- The product will be sent back to the customer
8. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

- Items must be free from scratches, marks, or alterations
- All returns must include original documents and certificates
- Sparkles reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
