Exchange Policy
We offer a 100% Exchange for products sold exclusively in India, subject to evaluation by our quality assurance department.
Eligibility
Customers can exchange their purchased items for other products from our collection. The value of new Purchase should be minimum 30% more than the original selling price. (Customer have to pay difference amount). Bespoke items are not eligible for exchange.
One-Time Exchange
Each customer is permitted one exchange in their lifetime. Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Condition of Items
Items that have been previously fixed or altered by anyone other than Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited or its authorised service partners do not qualify for exchange. Any alteration by another jeweller will void eligibility under this policy
Product Integrity
The product must be free from damage, wear and tear, alteration, or similar modifications. The decision of the quality assurance department will be final and binding for all exchange requests.
Exclusions
Custom-built bespoke items and gift cards do not qualify for exchanges or buybacks.
Invoice and Certificate
The good(s) being exchanged should be accompanied with the original invoice and quality assurance card issued by Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited to the Customer.
Exchange Timeline
Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited shall take a minimum period of 20 (twenty) working days for the entire process.
Exchange Piece Buyback
Buyback policy would not be valid for Exchanged pieces.
BUYBACK POLICY
We provide a Buyback Program for products sold subject to evaluation by our quality assurance department.
Product Value
Customers will receive 80% of the Product value.
Timeline
Requests for buybacks should be initiated within the first year of the purchase.
Condition of Items

Tax
The refund amount will exclude all applied taxes (3%) at the time of purchase.

Processing Fee
There would be 4% processing fee applicable on the invoice value of the product.
Buyback Payments
Payments shall be made only to the person or entity named on the original invoice issued by Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited, on production of a valid government-issued photo identity document.

Payment Timeline
Payments under the buyback policy shall be done within 21 business days after receipt of the product at the registered office of Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited at DC-3111, 3rd Floor, Bharat Diamond Bourse Block G, BKC Road, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400051
Invoice and Certificate
